Q1: Are trial registration fees refundable under any circumstances?
A: No. All payments are 100% non-refundable regardless of attendance, selection, cancellation, emergencies, injuries, or any other reason. Payments cover immediate administrative costs.
Q2: What if I can't attend my scheduled trial?
A: No refunds, credits, or rescheduling available. Trials are fixed slots - first-come, first-served basis. No date changes permitted.
Q3: What happens if I'm not selected for the auction?
A: No refunds issued. Selection criteria announced during trials only.
Q4: Who is eligible to register?
A: Male players aged 16 years only, no upper limit. Female, third gender, or players with criminal cases/criminal suspicion registrations are automatically rejected - no refunds.
Q5: What if I have a criminal background or police case?
A: Immediate rejection - no refunds. Background verification conducted. Any criminal involvement/suspicion disqualifies permanently.
Q6: What if my age doesn't match during verification?
A: Registration cancelled without refund. Must be minimum 16 years only, no upper limiton trial date with valid government ID proof.
Q7: What documents are required at trials?
A: Aadhaar/Voter ID/Passport, birth certificate, police clearance certificate, doping clearance, 2 passport photos, playing kit.
Q8: When will selection criteria be announced?
A: During trials only. Performance-based evaluation by selectors - no advance disclosure.
Q9: I'm selected but get injured. Can I get a refund?
A: No refunds for injuries. Selected players commit full availability regardless of fitness.
Q10: I'm selected for auction but can't play in the league. Can I get a refund?
A: No refunds. Selected players must confirm full availability for league duration.
Q11: What if my registered details don't match official documents?
A: Registration cancelled without refund. All data must match the government ID exactly.
Q12: Can I change my trial date or slot?
A: No slot changes. Fixed dates per city. Register for available slots only. No rescheduling. In case you fail to attend the trials, refund shall not be proceeded in such circumstances.
Q13: What if I miss my assigned trial slot?
A: No alternative slots. Payment forfeited. Next available trials in other cities (separate registration required).
Q14: Is a doping test mandatory?
A: Yes. All shortlisted players must submit a negative doping clearance certificate. Positive test = immediate disqualification, no refund.
Q15: What happens if I fail a doping test after selection?
A: Permanent ban from league + no refund of any payments.
Q16: What if there's a technical glitch during payment?
A: No refunds. Contact support immediately with transaction ID for verification. The contact team will reach out to you within 48 hours.
Q17: Can I transfer payment to another player?
A: No transfers, credits, or rollovers permitted under any circumstances.

A: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking. All transactions final upon completion.
Q19: Will you verify my criminal background?
A: Yes. Police clearance is mandatory. Any criminal cases/suspicion = automatic rejection, no refund.

A: Selectors' decision final and binding. No appeals or refunds.
