This policy ensures transparency and covers the operational costs associated with player registrations.

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made for trial registrations are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Non-attendance at scheduled trials
Withdrawal or cancellation by the player
Failure to be selected for auctions
Personal emergencies or unforeseen circumstances
Changes in trial schedules or locations
Technical issues during registration
Dissatisfaction with the selection process

Reason for Non-Refundable Policy

Trial registration fees cover fixed administrative and operational costs, including:

Player profile creation and verification
Database management and storage
Payment gateway processing fees (2-3% per transaction)
Trial venue booking and coordination
Scout and selector allocation
Insurance and safety arrangements
Marketing and promotional materials featuring player data
Customer support and communication

These costs are incurred immediately upon registration, regardless of trial attendance.

No Credits or Transfers

No refund credits will be issued for future events
No payment transfers to other players or events
No rescheduling of trial slots

Governing Law

This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is governed by the laws of India.
